Boss IPTV Terms & Conditions
Here's the plain-English version of the rules that come with your Boss IPTV subscription. Have a read before you sign up — we've kept it short and skippable.
These Terms cover your use of the Boss IPTV website at bossiptv.cam and the subscription streaming service we run. If you create an account, start a trial, or buy a plan, you're agreeing to what's written below. Take a few minutes to read it — there aren't any surprises, but it's worth knowing where you stand.
1. Accepting These Terms
Sign up, start a trial, or hit the pay button and you're saying yes to this page and to our Privacy Policy. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, don't use the service. It's that simple.
2. What Boss IPTV Actually Is
We're a subscription IPTV service. You pay a flat fee and you get live TV channels plus a video-on-demand library streamed to your device over the internet. The plans look like this:
- Monthly, three-month, six-month, and yearly billing options.
- 1-device, 2-device, and multi-device connection tiers.
- A free trial available once per new account.
Channel lineups change. Content gets added and dropped as licensing deals come and go, and some channels aren't available in every country. We won't always email you about it.
3. Your Account
- You'll need a working email to register — that's how we reach you about renewals and account stuff.
- Your login credentials are yours to protect. Anything done from your account is on you.
- One subscription, one household. Don't pass your login around to friends or family in different homes.
- You need to be 18 or older (or whatever the legal age is where you live) to subscribe.
4. Using the Service the Right Way
Use Boss IPTV for personal viewing on your own devices. That's the deal. You can stream on the number of screens your plan allows at the same time, anywhere in your home.
What you can't do:
- Resell your login, share it outside your household, or run it as a business resale stream.
- Run bots, scrapers, or automated scripts against our servers.
- Get around regional blocks or any security in place on the service.
- Record content from the stream and republish it anywhere.
- Use the service commercially — bars, restaurants, gyms — without a written agreement from us first.
- Hammer our servers in ways that mess things up for everyone else.
Break these rules and we'll suspend the account on the spot, no refund.
5. Payments and Billing
- Prices are listed in US dollars. Local taxes might be added at the checkout depending on where you are.
- Payments run through trusted processors — Stripe, PayPal, and a few crypto options. Your card details never sit on our servers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the date you first paid, unless you cancel before that.
- We'll send a reminder before any renewal hits. After that, cancelling in time is your call.
6. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel whenever you want. Drop us a message on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we'll take care of it. Your access stays live until the current billing period runs out — we won't cut you off mid-month.
7. Refunds
The full details live on the Refund Policy page. Short version: there's a money-back window on a first purchase if the service genuinely doesn't work for you. Auto-renewals don't qualify.
8. Service Uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime and we work hard to hit it. That said, no streaming service runs flawlessly 100% of the time. We're not on the hook for outages caused by:
- Your home internet, your ISP, or your hardware.
- Planned or emergency maintenance windows.
- Things outside our control — natural disasters, infrastructure failures, government action.
- Channel-side outages or licensing changes from the content owners.
9. Intellectual Property
The channels and on-demand titles you stream are owned by the broadcasters and studios behind them. Boss IPTV doesn't own that content — we're a delivery service. The site itself, the logos, the layout, and the Boss IPTV name are ours.
10. Limits on Liability
To the extent the law allows, Boss IPTV isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses tied to your use of the service. If you ever do have a claim against us, our total liability won't exceed what you paid for the current subscription period. We think that's fair both ways.
11. Indemnification
If you break these Terms or misuse the service and that causes us legal trouble or costs, you agree to cover us — the company, our staff, and anyone working on our behalf — for those claims and expenses.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms run under standard international commercial law. If something goes wrong between us, the first step is talking — we'll try to sort it out directly and in good faith. If we can't, the matter goes to binding arbitration.
13. Updates to These Terms
We might update this page from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using Boss IPTV after that, you're accepting the new version. Big changes will get a heads-up by email when we can manage it.
14. Get in Touch
Questions about anything on this page? Send a message on WhatsApp or the contact page and a real person will answer. We'd rather you ask now than be confused later.
