Boss IPTV Refund Policy
If Boss IPTV isn't working for you, we'd rather give you your money back than keep it. Here's the deal — written in plain English.
We want you to actually like Boss IPTV — not just put up with it. So we keep the refund rules short, fair, and the same for everyone. Here's how it works before and after you pay.
1. Try It Free First
Before you spend a cent, you can run a free 24-hour trial. No credit card, no auto-charge, no surprise renewal. You'll get the same channel lineup and the same stream quality as a paying customer — that's the whole point of a trial.
Grab one on our Free Trial page. If it doesn't fit your setup, you walk away and nothing happens.
2. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Subscribed and changed your mind? You've got 7 days from your first payment to ask for a full refund. We don't make you justify it. The ground rules:
- The request has to come in within 7 days of your original payment date.
- It applies to first-time purchases only — renewals aren't covered.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method you used.
- Most banks and processors clear it in 3–7 business days.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
One short message is all it takes. Pick whichever's easier:
- WhatsApp: Message us on WhatsApp — usually the fastest route.
- Contact form: Send a note through our contact page.
Drop in the email you signed up with and roughly when you paid. That's all we need to find your order. We'll get back to you within 48 hours, and most refunds are approved the same day.
4. Renewals
Boss IPTV plans renew automatically so your service doesn't cut off mid-show. If you don't want the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Renewal charges aren't refundable — but if you genuinely missed the date because you couldn't reach us, message support and we'll take a look.
5. When a Refund Doesn't Apply
A few situations sit outside the policy:
- The request lands more than 7 days after your first payment.
- The account got suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing one login across multiple households or trying to get around regional rules.
- A chargeback is already open with your bank. In that case, please cancel the dispute and message us directly — chargebacks lock the account and slow everything down for both of us.
6. Tech Issues First, Refund Second
If something's buffering, a channel's missing, or an app won't load, talk to us before you cancel. Nine times out of ten it's a 5-minute fix — wrong app version, DNS issue, ISP throttling, something we can sort over WhatsApp. Our team's online around the clock, and we'd rather fix the problem than lose you.
7. Updates to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy if rules or processors change. Any update applies from the date it's posted here. If you're already a Boss IPTV subscriber, the terms in place when you paid are the ones that apply to your purchase.
